Conditions of participation for the “WIN The Flipping Good Stuff” contest 

The organiser of the “WIN The Flipping Good Stuff” contest is Chiefs AG, Grossmattstrasse 9, 8902 Urdorf, Switzerland, e-mail: hello@chiefslife.com, hereinafter referred to as “Chiefs”.

By entering the competition, the participant agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

General conditions 

Persons aged 18 years and over with their main residence in Switzerland are permitted to participate. Employees of the promoter and their dependants are not eligible to enter. The Chiefs competition will run from 30.10.2023, starting at 00:01h, until 25.11.2023, 23:59h.

Chiefs reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition on the grounds of false statements, manipulation or the use of unauthorised aids. Chiefs makes the decision on admission to the competition alone and conclusively.

Participation in the competition takes place electronically via the website win.chiefslife.com by submitting the required data as well as agreeing to these terms and conditions of participation. Multiple entries are not permitted. By participating in the competition, these terms and conditions are expressly accepted.

Prizes

Twentyfive (25) non-cash prizes worth a total of CHF 3’000 will be raffled off (5x Powster Ski/Snowboard Goggles, 3x two Lift Passes Jungfrau Ski Region, 1x Night Stay at Berg Hotel Chäserstatt, 3x two Tickets First Flyer in Grindelwald, 3x two Hiking and Sledging Passes Jungfrau Region, 10x Chiefs Choco-Packages).

Determination of winners

The winners will be selected by random ballot after the competition period (30.10.2023 until 25.11.2023). All eligible participants who filled out the form completely and correctly will be considered.

Legal recourse and cash payment of the prizes are excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Chiefs will notify the winners by email within 30 days of the closing date. The winner must then contact Chiefs within 30 days of the date of notification. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and a new draw will be held at random. Winning claims are not transferable.

Prizes won can only be sent to a Swiss address or must be collected from Chiefs AG headquarters (Grossmattstrasse 9, CH-8902 Urdorf).

Further provisions

Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by those valid and enforceable provisions whose effects come closest to the original objective of the organiser. Should any clause of these conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.

Chiefs is entitled to make adjustments at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition in the event of force majeure, closure/shutdown of websites/applications, manipulation by third parties/participants, technical failure or other important reasons.

Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organiser. Chiefs excludes any liability in connection with the competition to the extent permitted by law.
